Our Willis-based crews carry the parts and the know-how to get your air moving again today. Priority scheduling available across Willis and the surrounding zip codes.
Our Willis dispatcher asks a few quick questions to gauge urgency and get you the fastest available window.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
We're not interested in being the cheapest quote on the page — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes how we diagnose problems — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Too many homeowners in Willis have a story about a tech who showed up late, quoted one price, and charged another. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Willis is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Willis homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. It also means faster escalation when something's urgent — a local dispatcher can reroute the nearest truck in minutes, not hours.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Willis properties actually need.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Willis dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Willis get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Willis homeowners through load calculations so the new system is sized correctly for the actual square footage before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
Commercial equipment operates differently than a residential unit, and it needs technicians who actually understand rooftop packages and multi-zone systems. Our commercial division services multi-zone commercial buildouts across Willis, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
We understand that a commercial call isn't just about comfort, it's about keeping a business open.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Willis households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Willis get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
This is one of the most common complaints we hear on service calls across Willis.
A tune-up often identifies exactly what's driving the extra energy use.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
We'll always tell you honestly when a repair is the better call versus when it isn't.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Because our trucks are stationed near Willis, we're rarely far from your address.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"The furnace stopped working overnight and someone was at our door before 9am. The pricing was exactly what they quoted over the phone."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"Explained the sizing calculation so I understood why they weren't just installing the same unit again. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"Our restaurant's rooftop unit went down on a Friday night and they had someone out fast. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Homeowners who schedule a tune-up ahead of each season tend to call us far less often for emergency repairs. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Clearing debris, leaves, and overgrown landscaping away from an outdoor condenser unit gives it room to breathe and keeps it running efficiently. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Here's a look at the kind of experience that shows up at your door.

Straightforward fixes like a capacitor swap or a thermostat replacement are often finished in well under an hour.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Housing stock varies a lot across Willis — older homes often still run original ductwork that needs different care than the sealed, high-efficiency systems going into newer builds.
Larger properties get the same upfront pricing and licensed technicians as a single-family service call, just coordinated at scale.
A full system replacement is one of the bigger home expenses most people face, and we don't expect everyone to pay it in a single lump sum. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Willis installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
